Practical information shared will broaden parents’ knowledge and understanding of current standards for comprehensive food allergy management practices at school, based on recent advances in this area. Evidence-based recommendations for developing procedures that address both the physical and emotional well-being of the child will be explored. A summary of relevant laws that support food allergy management efforts will be discussed in order to facilitate a practical understanding of how they may be interpreted and applied in the school setting.
