Jacqueline A. Church

An engaging public speaker and writer, Jacqueline Church has been called inspiring, whether speaking to graduate students about managing their online personae, or talking to food bloggers about using technology to reach their audience. Training also reaches food and beverage, restaurants on the topics of serving diners with food allergies and transitioning to serving sustainable seafood

A private cooking instructor, speaker, consultant/trainer and independent writer, Jacqueline Church's career path includes the practice of law, management consulting, and high tech business development. Today she helps readers analyze the issues in the headlines; and guide them through innovation, consulting and training on issues like social media and marketing communications strategy, as well as sustainability issues. In 2012, I combined training and culinary skills to launch Kitchen Confidence private cooking instruction taking clients from “that looks good” to “I made that!”

Written work often focuses on the intersection of gourmet food and sustainability issues, but she has written on topics from sports, to travel, to women executives, and film critique. Jacqueline has been recognized by editors like Tanya Steel of Epicurious.com, who called her “hilarious” and her conservation advocacy was recognized by the Seafood Watch program at the Monterey Bay Aquarium. Still, Ms. Church's favorite kudos come from people like the fisherman who wrote to tell me he reads me for entertainment but always knows he’s learning something and the mother who wrote to thank her for writing about the perils of dining out with a food allergic child.
